Quiche: little diamonds of puff pastry crust of traditional quiche lorraine (bacon & cheese), or three cheese and tomato, or asparagus, tomato and mushroom
Chicken cashew basil pate: a house favorite made with white meat chicken, asiago, cashews, fresh basil served with crackers and/or french bread
